[ Feature ] Character Profile : Prince of Tennis x Super Lovers

So this season, I've got to like Super Lovers because of my big brother complex. Unfortunately, Im the eldest and I've been yearning for a big brother figure. If you found the anime , unappropriate or disgusting in a sense then you might as well forget about it but do not forget to check this article out.

Due to that reason, somehow I found something out of the blue.Today, I'll tackle about Ren (Super lovers) and Ryoma (Prince of Tennis)

Ryoma Echizen is the main protagonist of the sports anime " Prince of Tennis". He resided years before in United States and decided to return to Japan where his father is currently living. His good looks and confidence make him highly popular with ladies, although he seems not to notice, having his focus exclusively on tennis. Although his apathetic nature, he does show Sakuno his genuine concern. Ryoma can be quite arrogant at times and, has a habit of forgetting people that he finds insignificant or met for a brief moment. Ryoma also cares much about his family cat Karupin.

Ren Kaidou is the main protagonist of the series Super Lovers. He resided also at United States, particularly on North America, Canada. He decided to stay to Japan because of promise made with Haru. He also has good looks, that makes him popular with the ladies though. He shows his dependent side especially to Haru and to the other twin brothers. He doesnt like or doesnt pay much on other people and does like to take care of wild animals. ( latter in the anime he had a pet dog )

Though Ren is expressive as much as Ryoma, I cant help to see some resemblance to him.
I need an ONNNNNNNIIIIIII-CHAN ! > A <~

[ Classic Review ] Prince of Tennis end of Season 1

Classic #0001
---
Something a part of me felt accomplished from reading or probably continuing what should have been written on my diary 9 years ago. There were few yet big details cleared as I reached the episode "Unwavering Feelings".

Maybe the fact that I was too focused that their tennis is a team play, I neglected the big role of Momoshiro to Ryoma throughout the season. Ryuzaki-sensei's line pierced me this goal " He is here yet his heart has already left us". The episode Unwavering Feelings didnt cover one episode duration but continued to build up to the end of the season. If I were to compare them with Kuroko no Baske, the "combo" had more impact with Kuroko and Taiga. Kuroko no Baske as a team lacked in individuality than Prince of Tennis, whom every pawn was given time to their own importance. Prince of Tennis didnt left out any of their players, as well as the romantic (dont even think of YAOI) , evolutional, drama were pointed out. The setting goes well with the past. Majors, a baseball sports anime, taken this point as well, a chance to pro league. The decision made by the production to this anime is acceptable. Some said it was underrated anime, even so it will still be one of the best sports anime out there. The relationship of kouhai and senpai was evident on the last episode. A reverse sense on Kuroko no Baske which seemed depended on the skills of their kouhai to win.

But I guess the climax stopped in the battle of Sanada and Echizen, it is still amazing and could never been replaced by any of the remaining tennis match on the series. I found the remaining "episodes" on America, is boring or dead but the turning point when Ryoma rode back to Japan to battle Tezuka made me appreciate it all. Certainly, Im excited for the National Tournament.

[ Classic Review ] Prince of Tennis s1

As I'm nearing to the end of the first season, few fragments of my childhood diary came into mind. Some were how funny my grammar are, how childish and biased I reacted to every episode. I remembered how I rushed in line to get a bottle full of water, watering my watermelon plant every 3 in the afternoon. Once the clocked banged on that time, I'll immediately run and watch the episode on a free couch.

The value that Prince of Tennis never lessened through those years. Time stood still whenever the segment is about the Inui Juice or the Chibitalia of the different princes. If ever it will be rated, it ranks on the level of Kuroko no Baske's creativity. The human abilities are beyond non-fiction and still entertaining and promising. One that doesnt anticipated in my mind was Ryoma got beaten four matches (singles) on the first season. A very good source of entertaining value, the character's build up and solid foundation of team work.

( I still dont get it what's with ATOBE of Hyoutei, doesnt look so handsome to me . Haha )
