[ Review / Season ] Fall Anime 2016, Best of best

Yuri on Ice

Impaired with the biggest fandom, the realism and sensitivity about the theme (where Ice skaters are subsconsionally prejudged by their sexualism under the implement towards strict rules ) was handed with alot of freedom. The audience's acceptance towards this sensitive mood played a key role to it's success.

I have read Kubo-sensei's manga (Again!!) before this anime was released. The difference between the two production was , the anime series facial expression was (more) exaggerated to the Kubo-sensei that I know. The character reflection was open, easily to distinguish each expressions. The solid presence of Viktor's role greatly factored the main protagonist, Yuri. Same pressure applies to Yurio who was befriended by Otabek.  This event marks our reality where we overcome an invisible wall with someone who appeared to walk beside you but that doesnt shown successful road alone. The drama that the athletes protrayed on their downfall mirrored also the reality of someone under pressure. E.g. Yuri's paranoia on meeting Viktor's expectations and J.J's mental breakdown on the finals. Using the language of the dance sport , ice skating, as a medium is used to it's maximum. OST colored the series to be either solemn or lively, while the history behind their choreography was liven to none. The dependancy of choreos resemblace even influence the professional skaters to watch the series.

Yuri on Ice lies to mood and express the issues on it's medium. The struggle to open up and bombard oneself from the unrewarded immense of hardwork will always be the right choice to happiness. No shortcuts, No giving up. The drama it surrounds , chose it's characters to bloom on opportunities when they were hurting.

--

Drifters and Occultic 9 , relies on the author's imagination and one who could to imagine. Both has difficulty , and of adventure's value. Drifter suffers someone who isn't familiar with the Japanese history, and no plan shown to an educational pace for the foreign. Occultic 9, however, subjects to it's own language. It's fast and sometimes deciphering per words wouldn't even help. Watching the visual lessens this effect and in advantage of reading the scene's atmosphere. Evaluating the two together brings self-justice, though Drifters left the conclusion to the second season. Theme songs also entice the scenes an interesting and exciting calls.

Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari (Poco's Udon World)
and Fune wo Amu revivify this season. The lead characters coming from both series entails creating and finding your proper place. Except for this similarity , the two shown (to how) differentiate aspect of characters. The world Fune wo Amy creates a serious note while it progresses entirely on publishing a dictionary. The characters were portrayed an exact meal provided in the production staff's design. Poco's Udon World , however, expresses an entertaining value while it journeys the character to it's story. I greatly appreciated the maturity Fune wo Amu articulates, while I savour the merits of relaxation to Poco's Udon World. Both endings were acceptable, and the value of "family" both series convey is claimed dearly. OST's didnt left a lasting impression though I & I by Leola (Fune wo Amu) and Sweet Darwin of GOODWARP (Poco's Udon World) express myself to drama.

Days approached to color the main character alike to Yowamushi Pedal. The impression to mark was focused on the first years while upper years seemed to distance. The gap of skills remained unimpressive. Lack of Episodes? probably, but the pacing decided on it's own and was done poorly. The series felt long and dragged version of what it takes to be an ace. Does it felt shounen? Yes! Definitely, but the drama felt conditional. Such us the episode when Jin Kazama cried because he was frustated with unrewarded determination for the game, the after-episodes became subtle to call for a heavy drama. The contrast between a gifted skill from hard work didnt collided as expected.

As Days series placed characterization over sports. The pre-episodes before the game was long. Though the visuals for the game felt short , it is worth A-grade. There were episodes that conveyed softness in-terms of masculinity. The use of female characters created an entertaining value (in boy character's POV) and  succeeded on supporting it's playmates. This series is recommendable for viewers who values characters on light drama and sports. Development appeared to be conditional but it's worth to check out. Days lit realism of sports soccer teams.

Nanbaka 2017 pickes up where the first season left of. The trashy (fanservices) subsides in quality while the plot controls over. Every episodes wrings a cliffhanger paired with the emotion of the characters. The group of characters grow familiarity and spotlight is brought to the side-characters. Personal opinion , supporting characters heavied scars further than the protagonists. Watching the series require to lowdown the speaker volume. The series was alive and loud as it calls for action. Differentiating between villains and comrades is little confusing. The demanded drama left from the first season greatly affected the main protagonist. Characters managed to left a proper impression.

Nanbaka evidently dear it's genre. The call for the comedy along with action for the running minutes balanced it's growing darkened theme. This anime can stood alone, yet a confirmation for the third season is the right choice for it's completion. Nanbaka is a great anime, it improved alot and could possess more.

[ Season Review ] Just back to 1/2

So I'm on my Thursday [Spring Anime 2016] review, I have to skip the Tuesday review ( Seisen Cerberus and Hundred ) for the reason that I put them to hold because it wasn't really as good as I have predicted. But it doesnt mean the fact that it isnt worth the watch, Im at the last episodes of Hundred and probably will post it soon.

---

Sousei no Onmyouji :

Let's talk about being the favourite, in my life, fantasy and action have brought great anime to watch , underclass of Onmyoujis, such as Kekkaishi and Shounen Onmyouji. Both anime contrasts the time settings and used of powers exorcising spirtual beings. Both featured friendship and hinted it with romance, likewise with Sousei no Onmyouji.
Sousei focuses on two characters to bring out romance and be their very best. Their time sets with the present growing together new techniques to polish among the odds of the elderly tasks. The first two episodes impressed me with the maybes { is this the battle between the main at first then proceed with the third party characters or  the reunion of the two separate families ( Benio's and Rokuro's)  against the third party. } since most, comes in group than 1 on 1 fighting enemies. Inferring the character's identity were at present, character's intro were good and made an impact but bleached my stomach for the improvements to swallow. Situation's and character's development are tattered and all over the place, specially the character's design . Everything is in contrasts, where it was good and bad or as both.
  - There were times that it takes (exaggerated #) 85% of the time frame for fan services and all of the sudden the crucial matter will appear at the latter end of the episode.
  - As much as I'm a visual eater, I've considerably lowered myself watching the series for the plot. I noticed how weird and distorted the designs are when a character'body is featured as whole or on torso level. Frank as it may sound, It was kinda slightly better watching H+ series, where all of the money for the production was banked for the "best part" (only). Everymoment I was wishing the series comes up with 75% of fighting scenes just to get the justice done. Even the opening song is better than the run time. The animation is paltry and selected.
 - On episode 8, they introduced a character, and an organization, I was thinking an another maybe, where (main characters) condition under the organization heads. Of the next episodes they were nothing more but a mention.. It holds potential but they were rated to third. Overall, it became the margin of how weak the main characters are ( and same situation applies as the anime approaches to the 20th episode ).
 - Potential in the making, the dire situation in the anime focuses on the Hinagaki Incident. It was a good reason to start the chemistry of the two, Benio and Rokuro. Mood of the characters started to make sense and closed the bond to fight the big boss. It doesnt change the fact that the anime is circulating the sense where (the main character's important person suddenly puts in danger) , the main character agonizes for being weak, (train for atleast a period of time, with no formal training) and then fight because he thinks he's too strong. Then the big boss came laughing because it's fucking true
 - Selection wise, it's definitely aint that good to watch the series but the mood and character's pressure is there. I was really wishing it was really that good enough to go for the hype.

[BLOG] Pokemon Days -1 and Nendoroids

Ever since the release of Pokemon Go, the augmented reality game of Niantics, to the Philippines the weather seems to be upset getting it's lazy people walking around like some zombie Apocalyse. Kidding aside, despite of busy rejecting reality I was able to reunite with my college friends/classmates. It seems that our school have been a Pokestop/Gym location and everyone on their free time sweeps like hell. Haha. One brighter lesson for them is that most likely you're having better future being a Pokemon Master than having a better grades at your Master course.

I havent really done much, probably barely doing much with the APP, first it was costly (money and effort efficiency), second I noticed how hard it is living in rural. You have only two pokestops and one gym to access, if you compared going to the real or center city. Finding pokemon is also hard, but this issue is cosiderable, since it's the main thing and reason why it was launched anyway.

Yesterday I pre-ordered Nendo Sora and Nendo Shiro, I predicted and estimated I could fully pay the items by December and on January I could finally wait for them to come home.

Experience :
Go Hard or Go Home, that was the phrase I heard from some Next Top Model show. It was definitely a competition and something to inspire on. One Piece too, has been at the top of the shounen mangas ever since I could get even chances to choose whose parents I will be with. It has been giving great tones to my senpais all over their years. I was given to get to know it more with my friend, who was pestering me for not reading it while I have a chance! And so I did now.

I actually have watched few anime episodes from watching glances at GMA, a tv station here so as far as I am concerned I have come to what the idea of what One Piece was. Competing with those small details didnt really subtract much of it's bigger plot lines. Comedy had taken me aback from reading the first quarter volume. Name calling was also my struggle, I often remember the faces first then disregard whom or which is which. Action, however, which is more important to me, gives me a push to know how the plot is growing, I given my time slowly to consume every details and which helped me more. Character designs were a bit perculiar in my point - place setting and time settings were also considered as I wonder deeper to the manga series. It was a big adjustment to me.

Few days and nights nonstop reading, came to notice that punchlines were kicking and all pin-pointing had sync-in to me. Character designs, place and time settings gave possibilities of adventure. It was easy to recognize character to character, though name calling will give me to time extensions. SBS helped me alot to naval and pirate positions. Though sometimes I dont budge much of the details and consider them into three category. If he is a pirate, he is a pirate, If he is a naval officer, he is a marine officer, If he is a revolutionist, then he is a revol'. A place of favoritism is also a hindrance, at first I could tell I like one but now I would not let someone go behind. Their characteristics and background were strikingly good. It was a bit of goodness and madness. Much more that their personal experience lies more on oppression.

Place and Time settings are the things I look forward to. Through the One Piece, Promise Islands against Listless Waters anything could and would happen. It gives a pinch of something real. I havent been on sail but I know dangers since my family came from small fishing barangay. Plus I love catastrophe movies. Haha. Anyways, the prime setting of the series is something to love.

About how the plot progresses, I love and bit bored how simple it is. Sincerely, I sometimes depend to read the series more on it's individual battles. It is the most enriching vitals of the arc's story and I could possibly fast-read the other details just to get to it. I remember how hard it is to convince myself that Luffy winning against Crocodile, whose powers are more cultivated than him and how unfortunate that Strawhat crew is and always go after something bigger to every destinations they go. Are they troublesome or just unfortunate to catch up on some kind of event? Remember Conan Edogawa? a detective kid whom somehow get's a murder/abduction case wherever he goes? It's funny though. Oh~ Just Shounen things. It's totality on arc after another is bewildering.

Considering that it is about a PIRATE, and we're up against a MARINE OFFICER. I could not help but negate the ending possibilty of the series. Though if ever it will give us a negative ending, the adventure and other spices that makes up the series are thousand just reasons to say its still beautiful.

It was above all , great and powerful shounen manga series I have ever read. Truly a nakama!

[ Update ] Yowamushi Pedal Episodes and Movie guide

Recently Horriblesubs uploaded sub files of Yowamushi Pedal.
The arrangement of is Yowamushi Pedal Re:Ride, Yowamushi Pedal Re:Road
 and Yowamushi Pedal The Movie.
---

Yowamushi Re:Ride is a recap of the second season of the series featuring the first part of the Inter High Summer competition. Added that the recap begins when Onoda Sakamichi was invited to local Inn by a Hakone student, Toudou Shinapchi together with his senpai, Makishima Yusuke.

Yowamushi Re:Rode is the continuation of the Re:Ride, however this time it features the Hakone student, the sempais, as they went to celebrate and give thanks to their Captain, Fukutomi Juichi at the theme park.

Yowamushi Pedal : The Movie focuses on (after) the Inter High Summer Competition, where mostly the team from the Inter High are invited to Kumamoto Competition which is held every year. It has no much of the fan services and created the mood as Onoda's senpai, Makishima leaves Japan to study college at England.
Do I have to watch the Re:ride or Re:road? It's up to you. It doesnt really affect the movie that much.

[ Feature ] Character Profile : Prince of Tennis x Super Lovers

So this season, I've got to like Super Lovers because of my big brother complex. Unfortunately, Im the eldest and I've been yearning for a big brother figure. If you found the anime , unappropriate or disgusting in a sense then you might as well forget about it but do not forget to check this article out.
===
Due to that reason, somehow I found something out of the blue.Today, I'll tackle about Ren (Super lovers) and Ryoma (Prince of Tennis)

Ryoma Echizen is the main protagonist of the sports anime " Prince of Tennis". He resided years before in United States and decided to return to Japan where his father is currently living. His good looks and confidence make him highly popular with ladies, although he seems not to notice, having his focus exclusively on tennis. Although his apathetic nature, he does show Sakuno his genuine concern. Ryoma can be quite arrogant at times and, has a habit of forgetting people that he finds insignificant or met for a brief moment. Ryoma also cares much about his family cat Karupin.

===

Ren Kaidou is the main protagonist of the series Super Lovers. He resided also at United States, particularly on North America, Canada. He decided to stay to Japan because of promise made with Haru. He also has good looks, that makes him popular with the ladies though. He shows his dependent side especially to Haru and to the other twin brothers. He doesnt like or doesnt pay much on other people and does like to take care of wild animals. ( latter in the anime he had a pet dog )

Though Ren is expressive as much as Ryoma, I cant help to see some resemblance to him.
I need an ONNNNNNNIIIIIII-CHAN ! > A <~

[ Daily Review ] Assasination Classroom Episode 16, Final Season.

I never really expect so much from Ansatsu this season, but the latest news and visual details kept my surrounding on who and why. The new visuals revealed ,and the episodes later, who were on the photo.
---
The Reaper and the Teacher.
---
Counting points, I think the past three episodes were really the expected climax. On the fourteenth episode, where Kayano revealed her opposition as the leading cast triggered the building post of the story. Aside from the scene where Nagisa kissed Kayano didnt affect the story well! I believed and in my point of view, I'll give my praise for not overpowering such important event leading to the fifteenth episode.

The fifteenth, however, was focused on Koro-sensei's past and I didnt get much from what I imagined from a spoil from my classmate to the version of the series. It was rather light from what I imagined and the explosion part were really far by hair. This is where the visuals are revealed. The sixteenth episode, then was the completion. It really made me feel that the series is unhappy to begin with. It was rather the feeling of focal sum up of the first season, their struggles and the like.

Sixteenth episode is far the best summation of the the series is going to. An after climax.  What to hope for? I dont know. but one thing I was sure for. It's definitely a watch end for the series.
PS : I think the ost was great in this episode.

[ Blog ] Re: re: I am a Digi-babe. Kouji Wada passed away.

News source : Kouji Wada passes away at the age of 42, on April 3 due to his cancer. Fan farewell event moth after will be held at Tokyo by his agency, Solid Vox.

The Japanese singer was diagnosed before on 2003 with a malignant tumor on upper pharynx and a lymph node on his neck but later recovered. He put his career on hold in 2011 after announcing he was suffering from cancer in his upper pharynx and returned after two years.

---

First. I was just about to grab gif's at tumblr for blogging when I saw a post about Kouji Wada and Digimon's Song ( a video ), saying " Big loss for Digimon fans as the Butterfly's singer passed away last Sunday ". So let my sincere condolences for his family and relatives who were left behind.

If I were to share my encounter with him, It'll be my every arguement with my friends. They were always and will always bugging me that they do not understand Japanese songs playing on my cellphone. But I have one secret weapon to shut them all-- back when we were kids, famous anime like Yakitate Japan, Cooking Master, Zenki, Sailor Moon, Magic Knight Rayearth, Dragon BallZ, Digimon and many more songs were easy to recognize. Every song that there is, it will bring back our youth. Digimon songs , Butter-fly, Seven, Biggest Dreamer is something I will share and can share to them. Kouji Wada, thank you for your song. Biggest thanks from the bottom of my heart.

---

His latest work consisted of performing theme songs for Digimon Adventure tri., the six-part sequel film series of Digimon Adventure. He performed a remake of "Butter-Fly" titled "Butter-Fly ~ tri.Version ~" for the first film, and similarly performed "Seven ~tri.Version~," a remake of his song "Seven" from Digimon Adventure, for the second film. [ BLOG ] Flightless is back !!

---
So I was away for quater year, been punched by reality, knocked down and here I am guilty by pleasure. ( Yes, I thoroughly ran away from reality at the moment. ) I received a failing grade from my major killing subject and decided to take a long break from school. ( Ah! Just keeeeellll meeeeh! ) LOL.

Aside from getting wrapped up with my stupidity, I'll probably start posting all my watched anime starting where I stopped. (Digimon Tri 1 perhaps) Mostly, it'll be a review or probably all , yeah. ( My eyes are getting sleepy) Also, about the watchlist(Fall 2015), I'll update it one by one. I will probably focus on the series I've watched by that time then, do a special review to the other dropped series that time.

Daily blog will start today , probably again, I'll make it a wrap up for an early pre-review about Spring Anime 2016. Ah! Okay! My butt's on fire so I'll start posting around the clock.
(More classic review on the way.)

(Do not try this at home! Deku's plain stupid at this age though)
